5月3日にCardanoのロードマップが更新されました。
ロードマップに新しく書き加えられたものを記載していきます。

Cardano発展フェーズについて
Cardanoには5つの発展フェーズが存在します。
簡単に説明すると
- ダイダロスのローンチによりADA取引が可能に
- 非中央集権的かつ自律的なシステムに実装
- 信頼性・安全性の向上
- 拡張性などのパフォーマンスの向上
- 財務モデルの
現状はまだ第一段階となっています。
今回のロードマップでの変化
ロードマップに新規で追加された二か所について簡単に説明していきます。
ダイダロスウォレットアカウントについて
DAEDALUS WALLET ACCOUNTS
Users will be able to create as many accounts as they like within their Daedalus wallet. The account can be named, will display the balance of funds it contains, and Ada can be sent or received into that account.
This feature will be especially useful for owners of hardware wallets because each device is linked to a single Daedalus wallet.
USER BENEFITS
Funds held in Daedalus will be more convenient and easier to manage. Instead of having to create and back up separate wallets, users can instead manage several accounts all within a single Daedalus wallet.
ダイダロスウォレットでは複数のウォレットのアカウントを一括管理できて自由に送金や受け取りもできるようになります。またどの通貨をどれくらい持っているのかも可視化できるようになります。ハードウォレットを持つ人もダイダロスと接続することで一括管理することができるようになります。
複数通貨元帳について
MULTI-CURRENCY LEDGER
This multi-currency ledger model will enable both our currency Ada and those created by others, to have equal status in terms of security, processing and storage efficiency. For example, an asset that lives on the settlement layer could be moved to the computation layer, converted using a smart contract to perform various functions and then moved back to the settlement layer.
USER BENEFITS
The introduction of multi-currency support within Cardano will mean that users can have multiple currencies without needing to use smart contracts, and benefit from the ease of use involved in accessing just the settlement layer. Users will also be able to create their own currencies.
ADAとその他の通貨をセキュリティーや通貨の保管能力などの観点で同じ機能を担保することができます。
またユーザーが独自通貨を発行することができるようにもなります。
CardanoとLedger Nano S
前回のアップデートに関する内容ですが、
LEDGER WALLET
In order for Cardano users to hold their Ada securely offline, we are building support for the Ledger Nano S cryptocurrency hardware wallet. The first stage of this is to build the Cardano application that runs on the Ledger device itself. This stage has now been completed, working with Metalair, a leading blockchain consultancy.The project is progressing to add further integration with Daedalus. This will allow Ledger wallet users to benefit from all the features of the Daedalus wallet.
This means Cardano users will be able to hold their Ada offline, through the convenient and highly secure means of cold storage.
CardanoユーザーがオフラインでADAを補完できるようにハードウォレット「Ledger Nano S」のサポートを構築しています。
アップデートの第一段階でLedgerデバイス自体で稼働できるCardanoアプリケーションを作成しています。
アップデート後には、Cardanoユーザーは便利で安全性の高いコールドストレージを使用してADAをオフラインで管理することができます。
まとめ
Cardanoはかなり理解が難しいものとなっています。
今回新しく追加された箇所としては
- ダイダロスで他のウォレットのアカウントも一括できるようになる
- ADA以外の通貨もADAと同様に管理することができる
という点をしっかり押さえておきましょう
